£17.17 per hour
Temporary Opportunity initially until 31/03/2027 - possibility to become permanent
A local authority in Bristol is seeking a Pensions Support Advisor to join their Pensions Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with pensions administration experience looking to join a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration of pension schemes and pension forms
- Responding to pay, pensions, and benefits queries from employees and managers.
- Calculating statutory payments, over-payments, and pension-related information.
- Supporting audits, quality assurance checks, and compliance activities.
- Assisting with payroll system improvements and process changes.

About You
- Pensions experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with HR/payroll systems (iTrent experience advantageous).
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied workload.
