Pensions Assistant Trustee Associate (ref: 70583)
Bristol, Edinburgh, London, Manchester, Birmingham, hybrid working
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who is keen to develop their career within Trusteeship & Governance areas. You’ll work across a portfolio of pension schemes, providing reliable meeting, documentation and governance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meeting arrangements and prepare meeting packs.
- Take clear, timely minutes and action notes.
- Upload and maintain documents on online portals (e.g., Board Packs / Onboard).
- Draft business plans, support budgeting and process invoices.
- Maintain governance logs, fact files and action trackers.
- Assist with scheme accounts and annual questionnaires.
- Direct enquiries to the right team members and support new colleagues.

About You
- A-Level education or equivalent.
- Experience with defined benefit pension schemes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and able to manage workload independently.
- Minute-taking experience (or willingness to learn).
