Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are representing a highly regarded UK law firm seeking an NQ Pensions Solicitor to join its Guildford team.
The Team:
A well-established specialist Pensions practice advising trustees, employers and pension scheme providers across a broad range of advisory, regulatory and transactional matters. The team works closely with Corporate, Employment and Litigation colleagues and offers a supportive environment with excellent opportunities for development.
The Role:
You will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload, including:

- Pension scheme governance and regulatory matters
- Trustee and employer advisory work
- Pensions aspects of corporate transactions and due diligence
- Scheme documentation and member communications
- Life assurance and benefit-related matters
- Legal research and regulatory updates
The Ideal Candidate:
- Newly Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Some exposure to Pensions work during your training contract
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Genuine interest in developing a career in Pensions
