Service Care Legal are working with a leading UK law firm seeking a Pensions Associate (1–3 PQE) to join its highly regarded specialist team, advising trustees, employers and pension scheme providers across a broad range of pensions matters.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop within a supportive team, with exposure to advisory, regulatory and corporate transactional work. Please note that this role is a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

The Role
- Advise trustees and employers on pensions and life assurance matters, including governance, benefits, and compliance.
- Support on corporate transactions, including pensions due diligence and related documentation.
- Draft and review scheme documentation, member communications, and legal advice.
- Undertake research and advise on legislative and regulatory developments.

About You
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1–3 PQE and pensions experience/exposure.
- Strong technical, drafting, and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in developing a career within pensions law and working within a specialist team.
