The Role

You will take ownership of delivering a high quality, proactive relationship management service to clients, ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting long term scheme objectives. The role combines strategic relationship management, technical Pensions expertise, stakeholder communication, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing relationships with sponsoring employers, trustees, and advisers
  • Coordinating delivery of services across DB pension arrangements
  • Leading strategic discussions around scheme development and long-term objectives
  • Delivering presentations, reports, and client communications
  • Supporting client projects relating to scheme growth and development
  • Acting as a technical point of contact on pensions matters and current legislative issues
  • Acting as a professional ambassador for the organisation at industry and client events

About You

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Strong DB pensions client relationship management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good understanding of pension legislation and regulatory developments
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A highly professional and client-focused approach
