Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for a Pensions Delivery Specialist to support the effective delivery of pension administration activity, ensuring colleagues receive an accurate, efficient, and professional service.
You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of pension processes, working closely with internal teams, external providers, and key stakeholders to ensure pension-related activity is completed accurately, compliantly, and to agreed timescales.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of pension administration processes, ensuring all activity is completed accurately focusing on Defined Pension Schemes
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, payroll teams, and external pension providers to resolve queries and support effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate pension records and ensure data is handled confidentially and in line with relevant policies and legislation
- Support the review, reconciliation, and processing of pension-related information, identifying and escalating any issues where required
- Provide clear and professional guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on pension-related queries, processes, and requirements
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
- Previous experience working within pensions administration, payroll, HR operations, or a similar colleague services environment
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately when handling sensitive data and numerical information
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage data effectively
- Knowledge of Defined Pension Schemes

- A confident communicator who can build strong working relationships with internal teams, external providers, and colleagues across the business
- Someone highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to identify issues and support continuous improvement
- An understanding of pension processes, auto-enrolment, or payroll-related activity would be beneficial
- A professional and confidential approach when handling colleague information and pension-related matters
