Pensions Delivery Specialist – 12 month contract

We’re hiring a Pensions Delivery Specialist for a 12-month in-house role supporting a high-profile buy-in project.
Think strategic exposure, senior stakeholder engagement and genuine project ownership — not just BAU administration.

You’ll be at the heart of the project, helping to keep workstreams on track, coordinating stakeholders, leading communications and Q&As, providing education, and getting involved in governance, compliance and TUPE activity. You’ll work closely with outsourced providers and a wide range of stakeholders, giving you exposure to much more than day-to-day pensions administration.

What makes you a great fit?
We’re particularly interested in people from a pensions consulting or pensions project background who are used to variety and working across different areas.
You’ll need:
- Strong pensions knowledge.
- Solid project experience.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
- Experience across governance, compliance and/or outsourced arrangements.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep things moving.
