Your role and responsibilities
You will assist in the provision of a proactive, efficient and effective pensions service while being responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records through to the calculation and payment of benefits in line with the relevant legislation.
- Carrying out a range of pensions administration duties within guidelines, including performing calculations and accurate checking of pension records by using procedures, legislation, policies and technical knowledge.
- Calculating the whole range of individual pension and related entitlements.
- Ensuring the pension service to customers is accurate, timely and complies with relevant legislation.
- Providing clear written and verbal information to customers and clients.
You will need
- the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
- effective and demonstrable communication, organisational and time management skills
- to be able to remain calm under pressure and always meet deadlines
- to positively embrace changes to working practices and requirements.
