Pensions Operations Manager – DC (ref: 134355)
Berkshire, hybrid working
We're seeking an experienced Pensions Operations Manager to oversee a Defined Contribution (DC) Administration team, ensuring outstanding service delivery, quality standards, and operational performance.
Reporting to the Head of DC Administration, you'll lead and develop administration managers and teams, drive process improvements, manage quality and complaints, and support the delivery of profitable, sustainable client services.

- Driving quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Managing recruitment, performance, and employee development
- Supporting client relationships and attending client meetings
- Assisting with tenders, proposals, and new business opportunities
- Overseeing compliance, governance, and operational efficiency initiatives

About you
- Extensive experience in DC pensions administration
- Strong technical knowledge of pension administration and DC governance
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Experience handling complex member queries and service delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- APMI qualified or qualified through relevant experience preferred
