Our client is a highly regarded UK law firm with a strong national reputation across its core practice areas. The firm has continued to invest strategically in its Midlands presence and is seeking an experienced Pensions Partner to play a key role in the next phase of growth.
The pensions practice advises a diverse client base including employers, trustees, public sector bodies, and financial institutions on the full spectrum of pensions matters. With a collaborative culture, excellent cross-selling opportunities, and a supportive leadership team, the firm offers an outstanding platform for an ambitious partner.
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partner to join and help shape the firm's pensions offering in Birmingham. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across employment, corporate, banking, and dispute resolution teams while leading complex pensions mandates and developing client relationships.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from established Pensions Partners or ambitious Legal Directors, Senior Associates, or Counsel with a demonstrable track record of developing business and managing client relationships.
Candidates should possess:
- Extensive experience advising on a broad range of pensions matters.
- Strong technical expertise across trustee and employer advisory work.
- A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience leading transactions, projects, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
- The ambition to contribute to the growth and direction of a successful practice.
