Pensions Specialist (Hybrid) – Redhill Office
Join us as a Pensions Specialist working from our Redhill office in a hybrid capacity.
In this role, you will:
- Delve deeper into advanced calculations and complex schemes (both defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC))
- Mentor and review work as a senior resource for Pensions Administrators
- Report to the Admin Manager/Team Leader
- Collaborate within a client-focused team with diverse skills

The Role
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Support compliance, helping to meet the client’s reporting and compliance requirements.
- Enhance client service excellence, working closely with Client Managers to ensure a world-class experience for members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with peers to assist in day-to-day client management.
- Bridge the gap, ensuring alignment between data integrity, technical calculations, and multi-functional projects.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing end-to-end automation and operational efficiencies to achieve self-sufficiency.
- Contribute to learning, deepening your knowledge of the business, and leading or supporting project scope within and across teams.
- Engage with stakeholders, clarifying and documenting complex technical queries from clients and their advisors.
- Boost operational efficiency, including automation, process standardisation, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Manage client projects—large and small—ensuring BAU (business as usual) workloads are delivered on time, within budget, and with full compliance.
- Maintain technical proficiency, ensuring knowledge of schemes, procedures, and client-specific requirements remains current and accurate.
- Ownership and accountability: deliver work to service-level standards, while acting as a resource for colleague training and development.
- Foster teamwork, collaborating towards shared business goals in a team-driven environment.
- Adhere to the company’s Professional Excellence principles.
