We’re looking for a People Administration Manager to lead a dedicated team that takes pride in delivering a responsive, professional and customer-focused service. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, not only through developing and supporting your team, but also by shaping how we improve our systems, processes and colleague experience for the future.

People are at the heart of everything we do, and our People Administration team plays a vital role in creating a great colleague experience from day one. Whether it's welcoming new starters, supporting managers, ensuring our people data is accurate, or helping colleagues access the support they need, the team provides the foundations that enable the wider organisation to thrive.

At bpha, we're committed to creating an environment where people can do their best work. Our values are at the centre of how we work together. We are ambitious in our pursuit of continuous improvement, we show empathy in our interactions with colleagues and customers, we believe we're better together through collaboration and partnership, and we take responsibility for delivering on our commitments.

This role would suit someone who enjoys combining people leadership with operational excellence. You'll have the opportunity to influence positive change, build strong relationships across the business and lead a team that is trusted to deliver a service that colleagues rely on every day.

If you're passionate about developing people, improving services and creating a great colleague experience, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
