People Administrator – Temporary

£14.35 - £15.38 DOE | Temporary | Full-time | Hybrid – 3 days office based | Ibstock, Leicestershire | ASAP Start

Macildowie are working with this client based in Ibstock, Leicestershire to recruit a People Administrator on a temporary basis, with an immediate start available.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR or People Administrator who is comfortable working at pace and enjoys being at the heart of a busy People function.

Working within an established, multi-site organisation in the building products and manufacturing sector, you'll provide essential administration across the full employee lifecycle. It's a role where accuracy really matters – you'll be dealing with contracts, employee changes, HR systems and payroll-related information that directly impacts employees across the business.

The role is heavily focused on core HR administration, so we're looking for somebody who enjoys getting the detail right, managing a busy workload and becoming a dependable pair of hands within the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
