Following an exciting period of transformation and growth, we're looking for a People Administrator to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR enquiries via phone and our HR case management system
- Preparing and issuing contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation for new starters
- Managing Right to Work checks and maintaining compliance records
- Processing employee lifecycle changes within Workday, including starters, leavers and transfers
- Maintaining accurate HR records in line with GDPR requirements
- Supporting payroll processes by ensuring employee data is updated accurately and on time
- Managing employee benefits administration, references, travel passes and other HR-related requests
- Supporting Subject Access Requests (SARs)
- Producing HR reports, management information and supporting audit activities
- Assisting with HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues across HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance and operational teams

What we're looking for
Essential
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Experience using HR systems and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach

Desirable
- Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Shared Services environment
- Experience using Workday
- Experience supporting a variety of administrative and project-based activities
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables and mail merge
