Client Details

You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience, supporting colleagues across multiple regions and ensuring our people processes run smoothly from recruitment through to onboarding, development and beyond.

Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and processes.
  • Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, inductions, recruitment administration and employment changes.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records within our HR system (HiBob), ensuring data integrity and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Coordinating recruitment activity, including arranging interviews and managing candidate documentation.
  • Carrying out right to work and visa checks, ensuring legal compliance at all times.
  • Monitoring the HR inbox, responding to queries or escalating where appropriate.
  • Managing probation review processes and supporting employee lifecycle administration.
  • Supporting payroll administration to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Tracking sickness absence through our HR system and highlighting trends to the People Advisors.
  • Supporting annual HR activities including engagement surveys, performance reviews, salary benchmarking and pay review processes.
  • Coordinating training sessions, HR initiatives, employee events and internal communications.
  • Producing HR reports and management information using our HRIS.
  • Providing administrative support for a variety of exciting People projects.
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve our systems, processes and employee experience.

Profile

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in an HR Administration role, ideally within a fast-paced organisation.
  • A good understanding of HR processes and employment law principles.
  • Experience using an HR system (HiBob experience would be an advantage).
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence communicating with colleagues and managers at all levels.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes.
  • The ability to work independently while knowing when to seek support.
  • A genuine desire to learn, develop and grow your HR career.

Job Offer
