We're looking for an organised and proactive People Administrator to join a busy HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys providing excellent customer service and supporting employees throughout their journey with an organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, absence management, benefits, pensions and leavers.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.
- Produce reports and management information as required.
- Support HR projects, system improvements and process reviews.
- Create and maintain HR procedures and guidance documents.
- Deliver training and support on HR administration processes.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices and provide general departmental support.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection and HR legislation.

About You
- Previous experience in an HR Administration, People Administration or HR Assistant role desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and data protection principles would be advantageous.
