About the Role
The People Support Administrator provides high-quality administrative and operational support to the People team, helping to deliver people activities, projects, and processes effectively. The role supports change programmes, people initiatives, reporting, communications, and data management, while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a consistently high standard of stakeholder service.
What you'll be doing:
People Partner and stakeholder support
- Provide administrative support to the People Partners.
- Take minutes and record actions from meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Manage expense submissions and reconciliation in line with company procedures.
- Coordinate and distribute communications from People Partners to managers and relevant stakeholders.
Change programmes and employee communications
- Support redundancy and restructuring activities.
- Draft announcements and communications relating to unit closures and TUPE transfers.
- Prepare and maintain TUPE documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Organise and send invitations for employee and manager drop-in sessions related to people initiatives and change programmes.

- Produce and maintain period review decks and supporting reports.
- Conduct UKG data analysis and provide insights to support people-related decision-making.
- Maintain and update the 4 Box Model, ensuring information remains accurate and current.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis for People team activities.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity within SuccessFactors, ensuring organisational hierarchies are current and up to date.
- Monitor and manage people data across relevant HR systems.
- Ensure all records and documentation are maintained in accordance with company policies and data protection requirements.
- Manage and confirm all SF objectives to ensure all salaried managers have the WHAT and the HOW.
- Collate and review GALLUP action plans.
Programme, project and initiative coordination
- Manage programme and course administration, including scheduling, participant tracking, communications, and record keeping.
- Support the planning and coordination of People initiatives and projects.
- Track progress against actions and key deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
People Champions network
- Manage and coordinate the activities of People Champions.
- Monitor and report on champion engagement, outputs, and effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of initiatives through the Champions network and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
