Seymour Taylor is Growing

Seymour Taylor has recently joined the One Point Advisory group, backed by investment from Cow Corner and Summit Partners who are international experts in professional services. We are now embarking on an ambitious growth plan, powered by new investment to enable us to become the leading mid-market accountancy business in our region.

In light of this exciting stage of growth, we are now looking for a People Administrator to support our most important asset—our people.

As our People Administrator

You’ll be the first point of contact for most HR and people-related queries, providing efficient administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being organised, building relationships, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence from templates
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including any right-to-work checks and induction scheduling
  • Process starters, leavers, and employee changes on the HR system
  • Track and manage absence, holiday, and sickness records on the HR system

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
