Nuffield Health is Britain’s largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation. Join our Employee Support Centre in Epsom as a People Administrator and play a key role in helping us build a healthier nation.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for organised, proactive administrators to support our brilliant Recruitment & Onboarding team. You’ll be part of a busy, fast-paced environment where accuracy, efficiency and teamwork really matter.
This role focuses on onboarding administration, with some recruitment support included. If you enjoy problem-solving, keeping things running smoothly, and working with a wide range of people, this could be your ideal next step.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing queries and stakeholder relationships, ensuring fast, high-quality responses
- Preparing documentation and job advert postings to a professional standard
- Building trust with candidates and colleagues through clear communication
- Taking ownership of your workload within our HR case management system
- Monitoring HR systems for updates on checks, onboarding progress and recruitment activity
- Working closely with wider People Services teams to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative background
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Confident IT skills across Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Great organisational ability and a calm approach under pressure
- Strong communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
- Someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a supportive team
