About Us

Thanks for stopping by! We're Doctor Care Anywhere (DCA): The UK's largest private provider of telehealth services. The Company works with insurers, healthcare providers, and corporate customers to serve patients with a range of digitally enabled telehealth services on its proprietary platform.

DCA is committed to delivering the best possible patient experience and clinical care through digitally enabled, joined up, evidence-based pathways. DCA's strategic ambition is to be the UK market leader in digitally enabled primary care, helping to meet the health needs of patients and payors in a challenging and fast-changing environment.

Your New Role

At the heart of Doctor Care Anywhere (DCA) is its people. With a people population of circa 650+ they are the key to our success and this role is to support their experience.

Working as part of a small People team, this role will provide HR advice to leaders and colleagues that is not only commercially focused and legally compliant but also supports a positive workplace culture. The role involves coaching, supporting, and guiding line managers on People-related matters.

This role will lead on People-related lifecycle processes and administration to ensure DCA colleagues have a great experience that meets our high standards. DCA is all about optimizing the way we work to make it as efficient as possible; we have just implemented Sage People to reduce administration. This role will be the Sage system expert and lead on all system-wide changes.

This is a varied generalist role, spanning day-to-day employee relations casework, policy and process ownership, and involvement in wider people and culture projects.

Remuneration

  • Salary: £40k - £45K per annum
  • Work Location: London office based (up to 2 days WFH)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
