We are now looking for a People Advisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

What the role involves
As a People Advisor, you will provide HR advice and support across our organisation, managing employee relations matters and helping improve the employee experience.
You will manage employee relations cases, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, you will ensure a positive and compliant experience for candidates and employees.
Working with the People Partner and Head of People, you will also support improvements to HR practices and processes in line with the wider People Strategy.

Additionally, you will:
- Line manage the People Administrator
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees
- Support managers in resolving attendance and performance issues
Who we are looking for
To be considered as a People Advisor, you will need:
- A minimum of two years’ HR experience
- Experience managing employee relations cases, grievances and disciplinary procedures
- An understanding of UK Employment legislation
- Competency using and managing HR systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with strong stakeholder management
- Strong attention to detail
