Inside IR35 - short term contract London - Hybrid - 2 days onsite
My client within Financial Services, seeks a People Advisor for a short term contract.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the clients people strategy, working with colleagues and managers to create an inclusive, high-performing, and engaged workplace. You’ll work closely with the People team and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of people initiatives, provide guidance on HR policies and processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Experience needed :
- CIPD qualification or working towards it
- General Employee Relations experience
- Previous work experience in a generalist HR role or similar, ideally within a Partnering or HR Operations team in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Experienced collecting, processing, preparing and analysing People information including but not limited to benefits, employee information, L&D information, candidate information, and working with an advanced HR system.
