Who are we?

Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion.

Make a real difference to the colleague experience.

As a People Advisor

You’ll be a trusted partner to managers and colleagues, providing expert, practical support across employee relations and the full colleague lifecycle.

This is a hands-on role where your advice will have a genuine impact. From coaching managers through complex people matters to supporting colleagues through key moments in their journey, you’ll help create a positive, fair and engaging workplace while ensuring the business remains compliant with UK employment legislation and best practice.

You’ll be joining a team that genuinely values its people, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships across the business and play an important role in shaping the colleague experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Be a trusted people partner, providing confident and practical advice to managers and colleagues across a broad range of HR matters.
  • Manage employee relations cases from start to finish, ensuring a fair, consistent and legally compliant approach.
  • Coach and empower managers on performance, absence, conduct and everyday people challenges.
  • Lead absence management and support colleagues and managers through family leave processes.
  • Champion best practice, ensuring policies, Right to Work processes and employment legislation are consistently followed.
  • Support the colleague journey, from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring every touchpoint is professional and positive.
  • Keep things running smoothly, maintaining accurate HR systems and producing meaningful people data and reports.
  • Be the go-to person for HR queries, offering approachable, timely and solutions-focused support.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, becoming someone managers and colleagues can rely on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
