£34,000 - £38,000 DOE + Annual Bonus | Full-Time, On-site | Crediton

Cathedral Appointments are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised snacking and confectionery manufacturer, home to some of the nation's best-loved brands, with a well-established manufacturing site in Crediton. This is a great opportunity to join a busy People Team supporting a large-scale manufacturing operation, at a business investing heavily in modern HR technology and self-service systems.

The Role

This People Experience Advisor role sits within the wider People Team, acting as a champion for people processes across the Crediton site and a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers alike. You'll be hands-on across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to employee relations, while coaching colleagues to get the best out of the organisation's HR systems. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on building relationships at all levels, and wants to make a tangible difference to how people experience work day to day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
