Introducing the Trainline People Team 👋

At Trainline, our People team plays a vital role in enabling our business and colleagues to thrive through growth, innovation and transformation. As we continue to evolve our People operating model, we're creating more opportunities for our People Partners to focus on strategic partnership, helping leaders build high-performing, future-ready teams. This role sits at the heart of that journey, supporting our mid-level managers as they navigate day-to-day people priorities.

As the People Advisor, you'll work closely with and support our People Partners, partnering directly with mid-level managers to coach and guide them through key people processes that enable business performance. You'll play an important role in helping evolve how the wider People Partnering team operates over the coming months, working closely with managers and colleagues across the People function to build a more proactive, insight-led approach to partnering, while supporting the business through change and embedding new ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
