I'm partnering with one of Cambridge's fastest-growing tech businesses to recruit a People Advisor who can combine strong employee relations expertise with sound commercial judgement.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing People team and work closely with managers across the business, providing pragmatic advice on performance, ER matters, leadership challenges, and team effectiveness. You'll be a trusted partner to stakeholders, helping drive a positive employee experience while supporting business growth.

What I'm looking for:
- Proven HR/People Advisor experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ER capability, including performance management related conversations.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and the ability to apply it commercially.
- Confidence coaching and influencing managers at all levels.
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with excellent judgement and communication skills.
- Absolute discretion and psychological maturity.

- Salary up to £47k.
