At Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, we're building a workplace where people feel valued, included, and inspired to do their best work.
We're looking for a People Advisor to join our People Operations Team and partner with managers and senior leaders to deliver great people outcomes across the organisation.
You'll be involved in:
- Employee relations casework
- Attendance and wellbeing support
- Organisational change and TUPE projects
- Workforce planning and talent development
- Policy and service improvement
- Manager coaching and development
- Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
No two days are the same. One day you'll be coaching a manager through a complex people issue, the next you'll be supporting organisational change or helping shape people policy and practice.
