People Advisor

Luxury Lifestyle Brand

We are looking for a People Advisor to join a growing luxury lifestyle brand. This is a broad generalist role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, building trusted relationships and helping managers navigate people matters with confidence and care.

Working closely with the People Manager and People Business Partners, you will support colleagues and leaders across the employee lifecycle. You’ll bring sound judgement, a practical approach to employee relations and an understanding of the standards and pace of a luxury brand.

What you’ll do

  • Advise managers on day-to-day people matters, including performance, absence, wellbeing and conduct.
  • Support the People Manager with employee relations cases, ensuring processes are handled fairly, sensitively and in line with company policy and employment law.
  • Partner with People Business Partners to deliver people plans and respond to the needs of different teams across the business.
  • Help managers prepare for and conduct meetings, document outcomes and follow through on agreed actions.
  • Support onboarding, probation, development and offboarding processes to create a consistent employee experience.
  • Keep people policies, records and reporting accurate and up to date.
  • Identify recurring themes and opportunities to improve manager capability, ways of working and the employee experience.
  • Contribute to wider people projects as the brand continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
