Are you passionate about creating great employee experiences while ensuring the people processes behind them run smoothly? Our client is looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our team and play a key role in connecting operational excellence with our people and culture ambitions. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on P&C administration with employee support, data, development initiatives, and culture-building activities.
What you'll do
You'll be a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees, helping to ensure a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing high-quality, compliant P&C processes including recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, internal movements, and offboarding.
- Acting as our HRIS superuser, maintaining data integrity, producing reports, and supporting manager self-service.
- Working closely with Finance and our third-party payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll.
- Supporting employee development, performance evaluations, and talent initiatives.
- Preparing and analysing P&C data, KPIs, and reports to support informed decision-making.
- Supporting engagement activities, internal communications, and employer-branding initiatives.
- Monitoring P&C budgets, including investment in learning and development.
- Ensuring employee data is handled accurately, securely, and in line with GDPR and relevant policies.
- Partnering closely with the P&C Business Partner to provide a seamless service and share knowledge across the team.

What success looks like
In this role, you'll help deliver:
- High-quality and efficient P&C processes, including payroll.
- A positive employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Responsive and effective first-line support for managers and employees.
- Accurate people data, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Visible support for engagement, development, and culture initiatives.
What you'll bring
Our client is looking for someone who combines strong attention to detail with a genuine people-first approach.
You'll ideally have:
- 2-4 years' experience in a similar People & Culture/HR role, preferably within an international or matrix organisation.
- Experience managing payroll processes in partnership with a third-party provider.
- Good knowledge of core P&C processes and tools, including onboarding, HRIS, and performance cycles.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
- Sensitivity to cultural topics and a commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging workplace.
- The flexibility to move comfortably between detailed administrative work and broader people-focused discussions.
- A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Good written and spoken English is essential.
- Relevant industry experience.
- Willingness to undertake occasional domestic travel.
