Job Description
Your role as People Advisor ERA (6 month FTC/Secondment opportunity)
Key Relationships
- Primarily within the HR function
- Also include a wider stakeholder population within our corporate and retail operations
Responsibilities
- Establish and set up a case by capturing vital details on the Case Management System (CMS)
- Managing and handling incoming and outbound calls and emails from our stakeholders, ensuring clear, concise communication to the caller
- Networking – proactively build relationships around the business to stay informed and understand business needs
- Supporting operational teams with letters (checking, and distribution), and other day-to-day administration within the ER department
- Supporting with TUPE administration
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide support and guidance to employees on policies, procedures, and programs
- Develop and deliver metrics and reporting to measure and monitor the effectiveness of the team and identify opportunities for improvement
- Act as point of escalation for complex queries
- Working with the communications Team to ensure all internal communications and platforms (i.e., the Vault) is correct and user-friendly
- Ensure compliance & best practice is applied in all ER administration

What you’ll bring…
- Knowledge of HR people practices and processes, including but not limited to payroll, HR compliance
- Knowledge of HR software, Workday HCM would be advantageous
- Knowledge of GDPR processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Data Management, with strong Excel skills
- Experience of delivering and managing operational teams across corporate functions
- Good at prioritization, manages own workload taking accountability and responsibility for completion
