People Advisor | Full Time - Midlands based

House of Cherry is home to Maison Pierre, Bistrot Pierre and Gusto Italian—three hospitality brands united by a passion for great food, great service and great people.

We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded People Advisor to join our People Team, supporting 17 restaurant sites across the UK. Working closely with Restaurant Managers and Operations, you'll provide expert HR advice, manage employee relations cases, coach managers and help create an outstanding colleague experience.

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers across multiple sites.
  • Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance.
  • Coach managers on best practice and UK employment law.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and colleague development.
  • Deliver manager training, maintain LMS compliance and produce HR reports.
  • Contribute to People projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships through regular site visits.

About you:

  • 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR/People Advisor role.
  • Strong Employee Relations and UK employment law knowledge.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (Level 5 desirable).
  • Excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
