About Omnicom Media

Omnicom Media is a global media network designed for growth, bringing together specialist talent, technology and capabilities to help some of the world’s leading brands succeed. Globally, we have more than 40,000 people working across over 70 markets and 150 cities.

In the UK, our network includes multiple agencies and specialist services, creating a broad range of opportunities for our people across London, Manchester and Newcastle. We are committed to building an inclusive environment where different perspectives are valued, people can be themselves and everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

About The Role

We’re looking for a People Advisor to join our team and help deliver a positive and consistent employee experience across the organisation.

Working closely with managers, employees and colleagues across the wider People Team, you’ll provide practical advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll help ensure that our people processes, policies and initiatives are delivered fairly, consistently and effectively.

This is a varied, hands-on role with the opportunity to build strong relationships across the business, develop your advisory experience and contribute to wider People initiatives across our agencies.

What you’ll do

People advice and employee relations

  • Provide first-line people advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Support employee relations matters, escalating more complex cases appropriately.
  • Help ensure people policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.
  • Support managers with absence, probation, performance and flexible working processes.

Employee lifecycle and people operations

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, ensuring administration and documentation are accurate and completed on time.
  • Work closely with People Operations to deliver efficient and compliant people processes.
  • Support people reporting, data accuracy and the development of employee lifecycle insights.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
