Freshminds is partnering with a high-growth boutique consultancy to appoint a People Advisory Practice Lead within its Executive Search business.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to build and lead a growing advisory proposition, combining high-impact project delivery with commercial responsibility and senior client engagement.
The Role
You will lead the development of a new People Advisory practice, helping professional services organisations improve leadership capability, team effectiveness and organisational performance.
Using a specialist behavioural and team-effectiveness assessment platform, you will translate qualitative and quantitative insights into practical recommendations. Alongside delivery, you will introduce the proposition to senior stakeholders, develop trusted relationships and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver people, leadership and organisational effectiveness projects
- Translate complex insights into practical, client-ready recommendations
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across professional services
- Present and sell the advisory proposition to new and existing clients
- Lead senior client meetings, workshops and project presentations
- Grow the practice from approximately £300,000 in revenue to £1.5 million by 2029
Requirements
- 8–12 years’ consulting or advisory experience
- Strong track record of delivering high-impact client projects
- Proven ability to engage, influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Experience selling consulting or advisory services
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
- Strong presentation, relationship-management and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial approach and motivation to build a new practice
