Job Title: People Analytics & AI Manager
Location: Warwick / 2-3 days on site
Contract Type: 12 months with scope turn to perm
About The Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced People Analytics professional to lead and strengthen the organisation's People reporting, analytics and AI capability.
The successful candidate will combine People domain knowledge, analytics leadership and practical technology capability to build a resilient, insight-led function and improve how workforce data supports decision-making.
The immediate priority is strengthening People reporting and analytics, including weekly, monthly and BAU reporting, while improving the quality and usefulness of workforce metrics, KPIs and insight.
Over time, the role will evolve to support safe, practical AI adoption across HR, translating AI opportunities into improvements for HR services, employee experience and workforce decision-making.
This is not primarily a reporting developer or data scientist role. It is a leadership and enablement position for someone who can understand the People agenda, improve existing capability and work effectively across HR, Data, IT, Security and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
People Reporting & Analytics
- Lead and strengthen the People Analytics and reporting capability.
- Oversee weekly, monthly and BAU People reporting.
- Own People metrics and KPI frameworks, ensuring trusted data and consistent definitions.
- Improve reporting quality, accessibility and scalability while reducing manual, individual-led processes.
- Turn workforce data into clear, actionable insight for senior leaders.

AI & Innovation
- Help translate AI ambition into safe, practical improvements across HR.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve HR services, employee experience and access to insight.
- Support responsible adoption of generative AI and emerging technologies.
- Help develop AI literacy and capability across HR as the role evolves.
Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with HR, Data, IT, Security, People Systems and technology partners.
- Support appropriate data governance, privacy, security and responsible AI practices.
- Lead and influence internal and external partners to deliver improvements.
Leadership
- Lead and develop the People Analytics capability.
- Reduce key-person dependency and build more resilient processes.
- Champion continuous improvement, evidence-based decision-making and responsible
About You
- Proven experience in People Analytics, HR reporting, workforce intelligence or HR data.
- Strong understanding of People metrics, KPIs and workforce reporting.
- Experience improving manual or fragmented reporting processes.
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insight for senior stakeholders.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools and People systems.
- Practical understanding of AI and its application within HR or business.
- Awareness of responsible AI, GDPR, data governance, privacy and security.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working across HR, Data, IT, Security and external partners.
- A pragmatic, improvement-focused approach, balancing BAU delivery with longer-term transformation.
