People Analytics and Data Officer

We're looking for a talented and data-driven People Analytics and Data Officer to join our People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing workforce reporting and analytics across the University, helping leaders make informed decisions that enhance organisational performance and employee experience.

Across higher education and beyond, organisations are being challenged to think differently, work differently and embrace new possibilities. At Ravensbourne University London, we're responding with ambition, creativity and a bold vision for the future of work.

We're not simply recruiting into a vacancy. We're building a new People and Culture team that will shape organisational culture, influence strategic decision-making, support leaders through change and create exceptional experiences for our people.

Role Overview

As our People Analytics and Data Officer, you will lead on workforce data, HR systems and people analytics, delivering accurate, insightful and accessible workforce information across the University. Working within the People Operations team, you will develop workforce dashboards, reports and analytics that support strategic planning and informed decision-making.

Collaborating with colleagues across People and Culture, Finance, Payroll and IT, you will provide expert analytical support, improve data quality and help drive evidence-based decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-focused professional looking to make a meaningful impact through workforce insight and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
