THE ROLE
The post holder will make a significant contribution to the development of the People Analytics Section as a ‘centre of expertise’, utilising modern and innovative techniques, solutions, systems and processes. They will provide high-quality reporting using insight and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making across the People and Culture function and the wider University. They will also be responsible for innovative information development, ensuring data is accurate, relevant and well-presented. Working closely with colleagues across the People and Culture Directorate, the role contributes to the delivery of the University’s wider strategic objectives.

ABOUT YOU
- An Information Technology-related degree, or an equivalent qualification. OR
- A degree, or equivalent qualification, and substantial experience in HR systems and analytics.
- Substantial experience as a professional in people analytics and/or HR systems, including corporate reporting and processes.
- Experience in working with minimum supervision on complex data analytics.
- Experience of developing innovative people analytics systems and processes.
