Become our People & Capability Specialist
Do you love HR, keep track of deadlines and details, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? At the same time, do you have a strong understanding of people and know that engaged teams make all the difference?
As the central point of contact for HR, administration, and payroll matters, you will work closely with our teams and external partners, bringing structure to complex processes.
In addition, you will support recruitment and onboarding activities, contribute to learning and engagement initiatives, and actively participate in HR projects.
π Important: Your workplace will be at one of our hotel locations in UK.
Your Role
- π Serve as the main point of contact for HR, payroll, and administrative matters
- π Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation
- π Manage HR data, reporting, and quality assurance, including audits
- ποΈ Liaise with authorities, health insurance providers, and external stakeholders
- π Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- π Contribute to learning, engagement, and broader HR initiatives
- π‘ Participate in projects and help improve HR processes

You're a Great Fit If You...
- β€οΈ Are passionate about HR and have a strong service mindset
- π Work in a structured and detail-oriented way
- βοΈ Ideally have a basic understanding of employment law
- π Communicate confidently in both German and English
- π οΈ Have a hands-on attitude and enjoy getting involved
What You'll Bring
- π Commercial vocational training, ideally in HR or Hospitality
- π At least 1 year of experience in HR administration
