Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum + car allowance
Travel: Occasional travel to other company sites

The Role
As our P&C Advisor, you will be the go-to contact for line managers, providing confident guidance, coaching, and mentoring on HR processes.
- Leading disciplinary investigations, grievances, short-term/long-term sickness cases, and probationary reviews.
- Drafting well-reasoned, effective outcome letters and communicating clearly with colleagues via phone and email.
- Assisting with general HR admin, contract generation, and processing maternity/paternity paperwork to support the team during leave or peak periods.
- Contributing to the maintenance and update of company HR policies.
Experience
- Strong ER knowledge, handling disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management cases from start to finish.
- Confident building relationships with managers, offering robust advice, and writing high-quality professional correspondence.
- Highly organised and able to easily prioritize tasks in a busy environment.

Desirable Experience
- Experience with TUPE or redundancies is an advantage, but not essential.
