UK Staffing Group is working with an established and growing business to recruit an experienced People & Culture Manager.
Working closely with the People & Culture Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day people agenda across a multi-site business of around 150 employees, while also supporting wider projects as the organisation continues to grow.
This is a hands-on HR role. You'll be visible across the business, working directly with managers and employees and helping to develop a consistent, pragmatic approach to people management.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing ER, absence, performance and disciplinary matters
- Coaching and developing managers
- Reviewing and improving HR policies and processes
- Supporting organisational change and acquisitions
- Recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle
- Training and development
- Employee engagement and wellbeing
- HR systems, reporting and people metrics
- Supporting the wider People & Culture strategy

What we're looking for:
You'll be an experienced People Manager, HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor with a strong generalist background.
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, logistics, distribution or another operational environment would be particularly valuable.
