The Role

Our Climate Division is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR coordinator (known internally as People & Culture coordinator) to join our team on a fixed term contract. In this role you will support the delivery of people, culture, change and engagement initiatives, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently, accurately and consistently. You’ll play a key role in coordinating projects, analysing data, creating engaging communications and supporting recruitment activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HR professional looking to develop their experience in HR transformation, employee engagement and project management while making a meaningful impact within a dynamic and growing division.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day HR coordination support; maintaining documentation, trackers, action logs and governance records.
  • Monitor key milestones and follow up on actions with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of change, engagement strategy and colleague communication activities.
  • Support the development of programme communications, presentations and briefing materials.
  • Produce regular people related reports including dashboards, trackers, executive reporting packs and performance metrics, whilst monitoring risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and induction activities, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Establish effective working relationships across HR, ER, communications, programme management and operational teams.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and HR best practice.

The Person

  • Previous experience working in an HR, People or HR Administration environment, either through placement, internship, graduate programme or professional environment.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business and/or CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and present data accurately.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of employee engagement and organizational change.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experienced problem solver, comfortable and confident working with ambiguity.
  • Preferable experience in project management methodologies or change management.
  • Experience using HR systems and reporting dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
