About Us
Novotel London Stansted is a stylish hotel, just a short shuttle ride from the airport. It features 250 bedrooms and offers a great all-day dining restaurant, café and bar. Our four-star hotel includes eight meeting rooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests. It also provides fitness facilities and ample parking for both guests and employees.
A Bit About What You Will Do
People & Culture Executive is responsible for the smooth operation of the administration functions of the HR department, providing a comprehensive and proactive HR service across the hotel departments.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of company policies and support employees with any employee relations issues, escalating as appropriate to the People and Culture Director.
- Assist and coordinate the delivery of induction and in-house training courses.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new starter documentation.
- Conduct right-to-work and pre-employment checks.
- Manage onboarding and probation review processes.
- Produce HR reports, metrics, and management information.
- Process employee life cycle changes including promotions, transfers, salary amendments, and leavers.
- Track mandatory training completion.
- Maintain employee training records.
- Support performance review and appraisal processes.

About You
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Very strong communication skills and an excellent standard of written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- A smart and professional appearance.
- Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in all Microsoft packages.
- Relevant HR Qualification such as CIPD Level 3 or 5.
