Our People & Culture Graduate Programme offers an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career with one of the world's leading FMCG businesses. By combining practical experience, structured development, and exposure to senior stakeholders, you'll develop the capabilities, relationships, and experiences needed to build a successful career in People & Culture, helping to shape a high-performing and inclusive workplace in a consumer-focused business.

What You Can Expect

Diverse Rotational Experience

Over two years, you'll complete three rotations across key areas of our People & Culture function, such as Recruitment, Talent Development, Employee Branding & Culture, Rewards & People Analytics. Through your rotations you will gain valuable exposure to different aspects of the employee lifecycle and people strategy.

From day one, you'll take ownership of meaningful work, contribute to real business projects, and partner with colleagues across the organisation to help attract, develop, and retain great talent. Supported by experienced mentors and leaders, you will build a strong foundation in people practices while developing commercial awareness and an understanding of how People & Culture creates value for our business.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated graduates who are eager to learn, challenge themselves, and make a difference.

You will:

  • Be in your final year of study or have graduated within the last two years
  • Hold (or be working towards) a relevant third-level qualification preferably Human Resources, Business, Psychology or Organisational Development
  • Be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Be naturally curious and interested in improving processes and outcomes
  • Have an interest in data driven decision making & problem solving
  • Have a genuine passion for people, culture, and organisational development
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence

Recruitment Process

Stage 1: Application & Introductory Interview
Submit your application and participate in a short screening interview.

Stage 2: Assessment Centre
Join us for an engaging in-person assessment experience where you'll:

  • Take part in individual and team-based exercises
  • Meet other graduate candidates
  • Complete a competency-based interview

Stage 3: Final Interview
