People Experience and Culture Lead
Marylebone, London (hybrid, 3 days in office Tuesday-Thursday)
The role
The People Experience & Culture Lead is a newly created role responsible for shaping and driving Pandora’s people and culture agenda across the UK and Ireland. With significant autonomy, you will develop and deliver strategies across employee experience, engagement, culture, values, recognition, diversity, inclusion and belonging, EVP, and organisational change.
Partnering with senior leaders locally and global teams in Copenhagen, you will translate insights into practical, impactful initiatives that enhance the experience of colleagues across retail, distribution, and office environments. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end accountability, ideal for someone who thrives in building new frameworks, influencing stakeholders, and delivering meaningful, sustainable change in a fast-paced and evolving business.
What to expect from the role
You'll lead and shape Pandora's People Experience & Culture agenda across the UK and Ireland, developing strategies and delivering initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, culture, recognition, diversity, inclusion and belonging.
- Working closely with senior leaders and global colleagues, you'll use employee insights and data to identify priorities, drive meaningful change, and ensure our values and employee promise are embedded throughout the employee lifecycle.
- From leading engagement and listening programmes to delivering transformation projects and future-focused people initiatives, you'll have end-to-end ownership for creating measurable improvements that strengthen the experience of colleagues across our retail, distribution and office environments.

Ideal candidates will have
- Experience in employee experience, engagement, culture, DI&B, employer brand or a related People discipline.
- A track record of leading strategic initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
- The ability to translate data, insight and business priorities into practical people initiatives.
- Excellent project management, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience working across multiple teams and functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to retail, multi-site and/or global organisations would be beneficial.
