Job Title: People & Culture Partner
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive
Location: South Wales (Travelling across the region)

The Role
We're seeking an experienced, people-focused People & Culture Partner to join our People team. You’ll work closely with our People Lead for Wales along with our Operations Director, Responsible Individuals and Home Managers to drive colleague engagement, workforce planning, and leadership development—using data, insight, and care to help our people thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for people matters, providing advice and coaching on employee relations including investigations, disciplinary, grievances, performance and absence management.
- Ensure people advice and practices are compliant with employment legislation, company policies and best practice.
- Build strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders, coaching and supporting them to manage people matters effectively.
- Monitor KPIs, absence trends and colleague feedback, identifying areas for improvement and supporting appropriate action plans.
- Support the delivery of the People agenda including colleague surveys, talent mapping, retention, engagement initiatives.
- Support colleague wellbeing through individual welfare support and appropriate signposting.
- Champion Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) through targeted interventions such as creating toolkits, conducting workshops, and leading awareness campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with the Central People & Recruitment Team to ensure consistent delivery of People policies, processes and effective recruitment to ensure a positive candidate and colleague experience.
- Support and lead organisational change projects, including TUPE, internal transfers, restructures and service changes.
- Support conflict resolution and mediation, helping managers and colleagues achieve constructive and sustainable outcomes.
- Support effective communication and colleague voice through appropriate people communication channels.

What You Bring
- Proven experience in a People Partnering role
- Excellent communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel across the region
