Who are we?

Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate People & Culture professional to join the team supporting Maison Estelle and Celeste, two of London’s most distinctive private members’ clubs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the colleague experience across both clubs, partnering with leaders and teams to create a culture where people feel valued, supported and inspired. From employee relations and development to wellbeing, engagement and talent, you’ll help bring our Hosted Home philosophy to life and ensure our people experience the same exceptional level of care that we offer our members.

What you will do:

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you’ll help shape an exceptional colleague experience at Estelle Manor, ensuring our people feel supported, valued and truly part of our Hosted Home.

You will:

  • Lead and support the People & Culture team across the full colleague journey, from attraction and recruitment through to onboarding, development, wellbeing and retention.
  • Be a trusted first point of contact for colleagues and managers, providing practical and people-focused advice.
  • Partner with managers and senior leaders on employee relations, employment law and people matters.
  • Champion our values and culture, ensuring they are brought to life throughout the colleague experience.
  • Oversee People & Culture policies, procedures, compliance, right to work, payroll and people reporting.
  • Monitor key people data including turnover, retention, absence and engagement, using insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion colleague wellbeing, engagement, recognition and communication, supporting events, initiatives and celebrations.
  • Build strong relationships across the hotel and club, working collaboratively with teams at every level.
  • Lead, coach and develop your team, creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing People & Culture function.
  • Continually look for ways to improve our people processes, efficiency and colleague experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
