Are you a brilliant HR generalist who is ready for something a little different?

I'm partnering exclusively with a unique, people-focused organisation in London to find a People & Culture Partner to join them at a really exciting point in their journey.
There are processes to improve, ways of working to develop and plenty of opportunities to make things better. Alongside the usual BAU HR activity, you'll have the chance to solve problems, challenge thinking, support managers and genuinely help shape what a great People & Culture function looks like.

A really good HR Manager who is ready for their next step could be perfect. You'll be working closely with a brilliant, engaging and refreshingly pragmatic People leader who genuinely wants this person to have a voice, bring ideas and help shape what comes next.
We're interested in potential as much as pedigree, and we're keen to hear from people with different experiences, perspectives and career journeys. What matters most is your judgement, emotional intelligence, ability to build relationships and, above everything else, your attitude.

You'll probably be someone who enjoys getting stuck in, can influence people without ego, doesn't panic when everything isn't perfect, naturally looks for solutions and genuinely gets a buzz from leaving something better than you found it.
Flexibility that actually means flexibility
This is a full-time opportunity, but there is genuine openness around working patterns for the right person. If you're looking for some flexibility, including potentially a four-day week or compressed hours, it's absolutely a conversation worth having.
Because ultimately, this search is about finding the right person. If you're looking for a perfectly polished People function where everything has already been done for you, this probably isn't the one!
