People and Talent Coordinator
DEA is a full-service aircraft operator with extensive ISR flight capability backed up by a skilled in-house aviation engineering team. This powerful combination puts us at the forefront of our industry, both in the air and on the ground. It also ensures we can deploy and support quickly and efficiently, even in the world’s most challenging environments.
Due to continued growth and expansion, DEA is looking for a proactive and organised People and Talent Coordinator to work seamlessly across both the People (HR) and Talent Acquisition functions.
The successful candidate will play an important role in executing end-to-end recruitment coordination, HR system management, contractual administration, and employer branding initiatives to support the company’s continued growth and deliver a world-class employee experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Employment Contracts & Administration
- Contract Management: Issue, and manage employment contracts, offer letters and contract variations with high attention to detail.
- HRIS Administration: Maintain and update accurate employee data and records within the HR system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with pre-employment checks, right-to-work verifications, equipment setup coordination, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- General HR & Inbox Management: Manage People/Talent inboxes, acting as a point of contact for day-to-day employee and candidate queries.

Talent Sourcing & Interview Enablement
- Interview Guide Production: Collaborate with hiring managers to create, standardise, and produce role-specific, competency-based interview guides.
- Psychometric Testing: Coordinate, send and track candidate psychometric assessments and share with hiring teams.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Assist the Talent team with conducting targeted searches on LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks to identify active and passive candidates for open roles across DEA Group.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and liaise with candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Social Media & Content: Create, post, and manage engaging job advertisements and employer branding content across LinkedIn, social media channels, and recruitment platforms.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all talent-facing content promotes company culture, aligns with DEA's employer brand, and effectively showcases career opportunities.
- Recruitment Events: Build events calendar for the year ahead. Attending and supporting industry recruitment events and career fairs as required.

Technical Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR administration, talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or a dual HR/TA support role.
- Hands-on experience issuing employment contracts, managing HR systems (HRIS), and utilising Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with administering candidate psychometric testing tools and producing structured interview guides.
- Experience creating engaging content and job advertisements for social media platforms and job boards.
- Demonstrable experience identifying candidate profiles with specific technical skills, qualifications, certifications, and industry experience.
- Professional accreditation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., CIPD Level 3) is highly desirable.
Skills Profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organise workload effectively and switch smoothly between time-sensitive recruitment and HR administration tasks.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills when liaising with employees, hiring managers and candidates.
- Proactive, resourceful & results oriented.
- Strong Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration.
- Experience within the aviation industry is desirable but not essential.
