About the Role
We are a small charitable organisation that seeks to provoke participatory democracy via disruptive visual art. We're looking for volunteer coordinators to lead our team.
What Difference Will You Make?
Your work will directly help us fund and deliver bold civic art interventions and national democratic processes that aim to influence real policy change. Our staff and volunteers are who we are, and without our staff we wouldn’t be able to make any meaningful change. Your role will help our staff feel supported, and are on the same page, allowing them to focus on contributing to our projects meaningfully.
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone that is compassionate, kind & respectful, but equally we are looking for someone assertive, professional and with strong communication skills
- Experience working together alongside other people in large teams; preferably in a manager, leadership, HR, volunteer coordinator or extensive experience leading teams.
- Competency and past experience in resolving disputes between staff and across teams.
- Accountability and responsibility; taking a proactive approach to ensure that deadlines are met and actively engaging with different teams to understand progress so far.
- Friendliness; building rapport with teams, supporting them where necessary, ensuring that communication is seamless across teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
