Our People Really Make the Difference
We're looking for an organised and people-focused People Assistant to join our HR team. You'll play a key role in delivering a great employee experience by supporting colleagues throughout their employment journey, from onboarding through to offboarding.
What You'll Do
- Manage new starter onboarding and employee administration
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems
- Support probation reviews and employee communications
- Process leavers and conduct exit surveys
- Respond to employee and manager queries
- Support audits, HR projects and continuous improvement activities

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using HR systems
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach

Desirable
- CIPD qualification (or working towards)
- HR experience within manufacturing or food production environments
