Join the Nellsar Family

Nellsar is a family-run care group with 13 Homes across Kent, Surrey and Essex. Compassion is at the heart of everything we do, and we're dedicated to creating warm, welcoming Homes where residents feel valued, comfortable and truly part of the family. From expert residential, nursing and dementia care, to in-house physiotherapy and rehabilitation, engaging activities, and our innovative approach to nutrition and wellbeing, we deliver personalised care with genuine kindness.

We're looking for an experienced, confident People Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and take ownership of HR and employee relations across a portfolio of our Homes.

This is a genuinely varied role, split evenly between hands-on HR advisory support and employee relations casework, including leading formal workplace investigations. You'll be the trusted first point of contact for managers across your portfolio, coaching them through everything from day-to-day people queries to complex disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence matters. You'll have direct access to our Head of People & Culture and genuine scope to shape how ER is done across your patch.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
